Going For A Walk

Miranda likes walks, but usually she's in the stroller. On Sunday, we came home from a birthday party, and because the weather was so nice, we could not see staying/playing inside. We all hung out in the yard area behind us, throwing and kicking a beach ball. We really had a great time. Then Miranda says 'wal-k' and we said, 'you want to go for a walk?' and she replied 'yea' :-) Serioulsy, an adorable conversation! So I said 'hold my hand' and she did. Then we walked around our whole block, which is HUGE and she held my hand half way, and Mike's the other half. It was serioulsy an exciting moment for me. Miranda took really big steps up the steps, and knew when to hold on to. She's growing into a big girl ***cue tissues as mommy gets emotional***
