June & July - 2013

OK, so i fell behind...again! I know, I keep saying I'll post, and I do, just not as consecutively as I'd like, but you understand, right? Haha :-) Anyway, June and July were pretty cool! Why you ask? (so glad you did!) I'll tell you why:

• Miranda started her 1st day of Camp!! 
• Miranda started her first day of Gymnastics!! 
• Miranda rode a camel for the 1st time!
• Miranda started to learn to swim by the best swim instructor - DADDY! 
• Miranda got to have a royal sleep over, not once, but twice! (Once at the Spino house, and one with cousin Abby & Mallory! Grandma and Zayda were on babysitting duty that night!) 
• Miranda got to visit family in South Carolina, and meet new baby cousin, Aiden! (pix in other post)
• Miranda went on her first boat ride!
• Miranda got to meet all the characters at Sesame Street!
• Miranda rode her 1st Roller Coaster

Miranda had an AWESOME start to Summer. And here's the picture wrap up to show more (visually) ;-)

Summer has been very busy for us, but in a very fun way! 

Holiday Road - Summer Vacation - Part 3 - SESAME PLACE!!

We had a blast in Baltimore, but after we left, we drove from MD to PA and stayed at a hotel right outside of Sesame. this way we could wake up bright and early to go meet some of Miranda's buddy's on Sesame Street!! We got tkts for a breakfast/character meet and greet and I'm so glad we did! Miranda LOVED it!!! (and so did we) ;-)

Such a Fun morning! Due to being so early we were able to go on some rides before the park opened. What did Miranda want to go on?  A ROLLER COASTER!!! yes, she did, and yes she did! Her very first one! She was def scared after and told us it went to fast! Haha :-) Super cute (but she was right, that thing zoomed like a rocket!)

Now it was time to get down and dirty! The sand pits and the high nets!! Mike and I converted our bodies to go through these nets! What we would do for our child = ANYTHING!! :-) Miranda was sooo happy :)

After a FUN morning, we decided to go have our lunch, change into bathing suit, and spend rest of the day in the water park!

The water park was a blast! After we dried off a little, we were able to see one of the shows. Miranda was also able to go up and dance with the characters at the end! She LOVED it! ;-)

Then, just when we thought we were going to see a cute parade, the most amazing this occurred - Abby Cadabby brought Miranda up to dance in the parade too!!!!! It was beyond awesome! Miranda was able to not only dance, but hug her favorite characters including Big bird who she hadn't seen yet! It was such a cool experience!!
