A Date With My Little Girl :-)

Sunday was awesome! It was a day for me and my little and we had a blast!!

Waking up was fun as usual b/c Miranda is either fully awake, or if we wake her, she rolls over and tries to stand up immediately...she's so silly to watch - (please pay no attention to how AWFUL I look in this picture but MRK looks so sweet) :-)

Once we were up, it's time to get dressed. Since we weren't leaving for a little while, Miranda had to wear her Elmo shoes :-) Although they are a little small on her, Elmo has to go wherever she goes :-)

After Miranda ate her waffle it was time for shopping with mommy! First trip - HOME GOODS! :-)
(again, please excuse how AWFUL I look, and take in the sweetness that of Miranda Rose) :)

Miranda and I met up with Annie, who is cooking up a little friend for Miranda (due in August!) We ate lunch at Turning Point (my fav place!) and then shopped around target for a little bit :-) It was a PERFECT morning!

After we said bye to Annie, Miranda fell asleep in the car immediately and we drove up North to visit my bestie Celine and her family, including her new daughter who was 5 days old :-) Miranda played with Brandon in the bounce house and swing. She LOVED hanging out in the 50's diner and even tried SUSHI!!! Cele was the one to get me to try it, so it's only fitting that she is the one to get Miranda to try it too :-) Although not a fan of avocado roll, she did not mind the fried sweet potato roll. Cele was very impressed b/c Miranda LOVED the chicken dumplings, and i must say, i was SUPER impressed too!! Miranda even ate sesame noodles!! Whose kid is this!?!? I was so happy to see her trying (and liking!) new things!!
