1lb & 13 oz :-)

Yes, Sweet Pea is 1lb and 13oz! We went to two doctor appointments today. One for my regular monthly check-ups, and one for the perinatologist specialist. The regular one was a milestone, b/c I have to meet with all of the doctors in my practice, so yesterday was my last one. He is the only male doctor, but was very nice, and knowledgeable. They really only check my sugar, urine, blood pressure, and baby's heart beat at these later appointments. I am able to ask questions too, but the appts are getting shorter.

After that appt we had anther appt with the perinatologist specialist. This office is the one who does the anatomy scans, and checks with sonogram each of the baby's parts and organs to make sure all looks OK. Last time, they could not get pix of the spine or heart, so they were able to grab those pix today. It's so uncomfortable when they jiggle my belly to get the baby to move! It's actually painful at points, but they have to get these pix, so it's worth it :-)
